Each bag of WALLBAR™ displays Environment Canada’s “Ecologo”, classifying it as an “Environmentally Friendly” product. Either way, the end result is a custom-fitted, cohesive batt of insulation that provides both high R-Value and resistance to air-leakage. Moisture may be added as an option during installation to ensure immediate activation of the adhesive qualities. WALLBAR™ installed dry will form a cohesive matt time as the natural migration of moisture (in and out of the wall cavity) activates the internal adhesive. WallBAR™is designed to be pneumatically injected into the open face of exterior or partition wall cavities. WALLBAR™ is a loose-fill type of insulation made from fiberized paper. Climate Pro® insulation can be blown-in to provide R-values from R-11 to R-60. Climate Pro® insulation is for professionals using large truck-mounted high volume production blowing wool machines and for the Blow-In-Blanket System®. Johns Manville blow-in, loose-fill fiber glass insulation is designed for open attics and hard-to-reach locations like corners, nooks and crannies. Climate Pro® Loose Fill Blow-In Fiber Glass Insulation Use of resilient channels can make wall assemblies even more efficient. JM sound control batts can effectively increase STC ratings by 8 to 10 points in certain assemblies. These sound control batts are compatible with wood or steel studs in walls and are also used in floor/ceiling assemblies. JM sound control batts provide maximum sound control effectiveness by completely filling the cavity wall. The unfaced fiber glass batts are made to fit standard spacing and thickness of steel stud construction in commercial and institutional buildings.
